How it works

How a filling run works.

From first enquiry to finished stock, here's what a filling run with Captain Bee looks like.

  1. Tell us about your product

Use the quote form on our Contact page to tell us what your product is, what it goes into, the fill size and how many you need. The more detail you give, the faster we can quote.

  2. Get a quote and a sample fill

We send you a price. For a new product we do a sample fill first, so you can check the fill level and finish before the full run.

  3. Get your product to us

Bring your bulk product to us in Preston, Melbourne, along with your jars or buckets, labels and tamper seals. If we're sourcing packaging for you, we'll have it ready.

  4. We fill your run

We fill and cap your run, fit your seals, label it, code every unit and check fill weights throughout.

  5. Collect your stock

Your finished stock is packed into cartons, ready for you to collect, or for us to send to you, your 3PL or your stockists.
