Captain Bee is a contract filling business at Unit 3/62A Albert Street, Preston, Melbourne. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Captain Bee.

When you ask for a quote, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, business name, ABN, email, phone number and address, details about your product, packaging and order, and any files you upload. If you call or email us, we keep the details you give us then too.

How we use it

We use your details to prepare your quote, organise and fill your order, arrange collection or delivery, and contact you about your order. We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your details. We only share them when we need to for your order, such as with a courier delivering your stock, and with the services that run our website and email. Our website runs on Squarespace.

Squarespace uses cookies to make this website work and to show us how many people visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Keeping it safe

We keep your details in password-protected accounts, and only for as long as we need them for your orders and our business records.
